SEMINAR: Music, Mind, Body and Brain

In today’s fast-paced world, stress and chaos have become the norm. As we juggle multiple responsibilities and navigate constant demands, our mental and emotional well-being often takes a backseat. This is where the intersection of music, mind, body, and brain research becomes vital.
Recent studies reveal that music is not just a source of entertainment; it’s a powerful tool for enhancing our mental health and cognitive function. Research has shown that engaging with music activates large-scale networks invarious areas of the brain, promoting neuroplasticity and enhancing emotional resilience. By understanding these connections, we can harness the power of music to enhance learning and recovery and improve our overall well-being, whether through music therapy, mindful listening, or creative expression.
In our upcoming seminar, we’ll explore how the latest findings regarding the research on Music, Mind, Body and Brain, and the viewpoints of the Finnish and Japanese music experts.
